Participants must swim confidently and be able to communicate in English. If a participant is unable to meet these requirements, participation may be refused and no refund will be provided. The minimum participant age is 8 years. Tours may be modified, rescheduled or cancelled in extreme weather conditions. Each jet ski carries 2 people, with a maximum weight of 200kg. The minimum age to drive a jet ski is 16 years. Minors must have a legal guardian signed consent form.
